Grading and Land Leveling
Land grading creates a slope or flattens the ground to suit various landscaping needs. Grading is the process of removing soil from high spots, cutting, and adding soil to lower spots, filling. Most projects require a range of “cut and fill” to reach the desired slope and level. This is done to create a level landscape with no unwanted elevation variations. This creates a level foundation for planting cover crops or landscape design.
Building Pads
Property Line Land Transformation is an expert in building, compacting, and leveling building pads. These pads can be used to build houses, sheds, barns, and even above ground pools. Our years of experience, compacting equipment, and laser leveling tools make it possible to create a level, rock-solid pad that is ready for any structure. Property Line Land Transformation uses a base material that is extremely hard and can be compacted to prevent pad settling.
